Moochers, What are they and who are they?
Moochers are those who won’t (note I did not say can’t) do for themselves and rely on others (in many cases looters) to provide for them. Many moochers are cultivated by looters so that the looters can justify their existence and their looting. Moochers are many-times capable people who have been hoodwinked by looters to rely on the crumbs the looters dole out from their confiscated wealth.
