Do you know what a “dystopian culture” is? Have you read the book? I think the answer to at least one of these must be “no.”

“Dystopia” is the opposite of “utopia.” It is a hellish society. If you read the book, you see that where Prometheus lives is quite hellish. Finding examples should be no problem.
